Becoming the More
we have sensed it before
we’re becoming the more
released from the past
we are free to be at last
befriending the new
learning all we can do
growing inward not out
is what it’s about
being conscious to behold
all that is starting to unfold
with love as our language
to build with or gently bandage
we’re creators of the new
let us see what we can do
becoming so much more
with love our essence and core

Sometimes We are Called
sometimes we are called
and we know when to accept
it’s not really a choice
we’ve been prepared and are adept
in part it is a mystery
perhaps excitement too
yet the calling is for service
what we all came here to do
was this all pre-planned
out of space and out of time
was this new challenge a gift
that came all silver-lined?
what qualities do we bring
to that place we’ve been called to?
what role is waiting there
for us to expand into and do?
abound with blessings
as we gathered to leave
heeding the call
for the new to inter-weave

33 beads
and a sound that feeds
the harmonies of the soul
A hum from the lips
to the base chakra tips
reverberating thru out one’s being
And the sound from the throat
a low and warm note
sends vibrations thru the plasma of Love
Repeated 3X
the mmm sound refines
and expands what is felt by the heart, high heart
And connected thus
like a thrust of star dust
we experience the joy we’re seeking
Our auric field
pulses out to yield
99 expressions of Love
They’re received by the All
and in response to our call
joyfully returned multiplied
