Cranberry Express
the cranberry express
in colourful serge
arriving at the station
so all can emerge
so all can embark
stepping down from the train
of old thought processes used
now the past, to reframe
with speed it arrived
the cranberry express
now stopped at a still point
so the new can be accessed
let all the cranberries emerge
one by one or strung as beads
each one is unique
with its juices and seeds
together they’ll begin
to create something new
knowing they carry all that’s needed
for a complete redo
