G      Welcome Q
Q      You carry the spine of the serpent – coil, uncoil, coil, uncoil – always connected to Earth – be the supreme being that you are & follow your path through all diversity. By staying grounded you will return to the place of wholeness easily. The word wholeness has a hole in it.
G      What does that mean?
Q      Expansion as you described is happening everywhere – a hole gives access to the centre…donut…inner tube…torus – meditate on that.

The Flickering Flame

The Flickering Flame

The flickering flame
strengthened again
It is fuelled by the melting ego

The light it emits
not only permits
but encourages us to see further

Our vision is clear
seeing far and what’s near
Behind us still stretch the shadows

Know each flame can ignite
others with its light
illuminating more to discover –

what we then learn
every way that we turn
is our lights become one solid glow

The shadows then are gone
in the light of this dawn
and the ego that’s left is of Oneness

A Song

A song to be sung
is more than the words
A song fills the heart
with more than is heard

A song filled with passion
encompasses all
A song takes you somewhere –
a total free-fall…

A space to be
where you are free
Surrounded by
tone low or high

A song resonates
and awakens the soul
A song is a vehicle
to come to your whole

A song is a sequence
of rhythm and rhyme
A song is accompaniment
travelling through time

Take time alone
Resonate with tone
Make it your goal
to unite with your whole

A song’s about being
more than you’re seeing
A song celebrates
your uniqueness that’s freeing

A song can be repeated,
added to and re-heated
A song is eternal
You can birth it – maternal

Be you that song
Unite and belong
Sing from your heart
United to start
