a state of acceptance
allowing that something has happened
something that has caused suffering
and accepting by first forgiving ourselves
forgiving the act of judging
accepting we have brought this into our awareness
taking time to gently feel into it
to observe the emotions that were triggered
and then giving the gift of letting it go
to freely transfer this back to the past
to accept and allow and release
the suffering, the individual perspectives
of ourselves and for others
that we may be freed
to begin again
