the chorus of frogs

sing day and night

spring has arrived

its timing just right

the budding of branches

the bulbs bursting forth

a dormancy awakened

into such beauty it is morphed

the warmth of spring sunshine

the lengthening of days

welcoming us into nature

everywhere that we gaze
