Senses
i am flying above
looking inward
i am here on the ground
i am sound
i am totally free
i’m expansion
i am all i can be
i am love
i am sight
for my eyes that are seeing
i am all that i hear
with my ears
i am the breeze
that i sense when i feel it
i am the receiver
for the all that is
i am senses attuned
to reality
i am readied to interpret
what is
my heart receives all
it’s my centre
my heart is the seat
of my soul
i feel deeply first
then take action
and remain in the stillness
