Sleep III

practice your solitude alone in your dreams
take time then to rest from the day’s busy streams
to recharge to your fullness it’s important to know
going first to empty allows more to grow

sometimes it’s exhaustion, working too hard
or it’s excitement when something new comes on board
allow all to flow and listen within
the body will say when it’s time to sleep in

make some days flexible
don’t fill in all gaps
take a day of rest
so you can relax

most importantly know that you’re in the flow
and all that is with you will continue to grow
as all is being carried towards what you have seen
sleep then awaken into your dream

…along with this came a vision of a vessel floating down stream….it did not need to expand into an ark to carry those who wanted to go too…it was magnetic and attracted other vessels which joined up and floated along beside…

Toroidal Eclipse

toroidal eclipse happens when all are aligned
when the movement of magic is all but defined
seminal agents are contriving to create
a mystical emergence that has been in the make

composites are blending into a new form
soon we will witness what is to be born
capturing the aspects of all that’s divine
aligning to the beauty, the love as a spine

the movement of energy, of photons, of love
expands from the equator, returns from above
and at the same time, returns from below
entering into the poles, the poles of the soul

the radiant energy of each living thing
has a magical quality that’s wanting to sing
given the desire, a choir can become
all are waiting to hear what is to be sung

an eclipse will obscure the light from or to
it’s been happening for centuries to me and to you
and now there’s a shift, the light’s starting to shine
to create a new world where love is defined

Violence is a Precursor

Violence is a Precursor

violence is a precursor
violence begets more
it is time to erase the past
and begin to settle the score

let it go
it’s not allowed
bring in the light
release this cloud

never in our history
has violence been so bold
pull into our hearts, feel with our hearts
release the memories, discard the old

there can no longer be justification
for a “because” blames another
release the past, there can be no caste
see ourselves mirrored in each other

the brave and most qualified leaders
are those who have suffered the most
ready to begin again, forgiving the past
then welcoming neighbours as a caring host
