Sometimes
sometimes the seed
of an emotional reminder
triggers the mind
into story-writing mode
our imaginations
have access to all
able to look around
like shopping the mall
so a caution here
now knowing our power
let us use our imaginations
to be the endowers
of the way to simply be
a loving presence

Posture
my back is getting stronger
posture is more erect
paying attention
