Trust
trust can be instinctual
or built over time
it is something we rely on and believe in
something to which we align
the curious thing is
while all else can change
that which we trust
we seldom rearrange
when our trust has been broken
it can feel hard to regain
yet maybe it is our resistance
to accept any change
ask now that question
what is my purpose now?
remember the big picture
and our ability to allow
flip our perspectives
ask the questions to understand
often it’s the unknown that releases
the beliefs we command
