Cellular Dynasty
the heart and the dynasty
of every living cell
is the peripheral ensphering
where within the cell does dwell
information penetration
connecting to other cells
wanting acknowledgement
that they are doing well
talking to our bodies
celebrating their every feat
loving each cell with gratitude
and every day we repeat

Emptied Out
now emptied out of a distraction
to the journey to within
continue with your focus
it is time to re-begin
let that empty space inspire you
let it be there to invite the new
don’t let any loss of income
affect now what you do
don’t ever go or return to
the way it was before
yes okay to build upon it
or co-create from that core
explore, explore, explore
within and with others too
what is the way you want to live
alive in all you do?

Living Life (a puppy tale)

Living Life (a puppy tale tail)
sent a perfect photo
of a puppy running towards
the gate that someone left open
so excited, so focused
such a sense of fun and adventure
“live life as if someone left the gate open”
recognizing this as how you want to live
you will have opened that gate
you are being welcomed into this new expanse
you are being invited to participate
you are discovering its all about joy and fun
much seriousness now can be undone
no rules apply except do no harm
a new world created and won
