Pain
pain is an indicator
of being out of alignment
physically, emotionally
or with one’s soul journey
flashbacks, reminders
urgency of awareness
what is being presented
may be what’s lamented
what has been lost?
where can it be found?
there is healing in the doing
of the out and inbound
and there is healing
in the receiving
of the subtle frequencies
the frequencies of invisible sound

sometime in one’s life
there will be transposed
an experiential blessing
and as the saying goes
it is sacred work
never to be forgotten
blessed are they
who bring thru these gifts
for they live in service
their own needs forgotten
honouring who they are
is our work and joy
