the crystallized scope
of the present returned
yielding the prospects
for all that we’ve yearned
marshalled from the anchors
of past attributes
stabilizing the core
as each contributes
freed from the absconders
of personal will
a powerhouse of oneness
we design and fulfil
our destiny

Family Day
we are here together
to celebrate who we are
to share of our gifts
to heal any rifts
and to contribute
to the new humanity
we share the genes
of our our ancestral lineage
how we express them
or epigenetically change
is now a choice
we can choose change
and our spiritual family
is growing right now
the law of attraction
is showing us how
to recognize like frequencies

A Playful Heart
the deepest connections
to full being and feeling
are also accompanied by
our journey’s appealing
for joy, happiness plus fun
do we not find
in the
deep
plunge
into
singular expression
we balance the seriousness
with a playful digression
finding the humour
and honouring who we are?
sharing with others
and becoming the more
playing with
love
