that stops the mind wandering?
does it build on a foundation
that has strength and a purpose
to be and allow the newness in our journey
as we love and be love living in service
to the Greatest Love of All?

Hearing the Presence
we have the ability
to hear the Presence within
from meditation, from stillness
we pause to listen in
sometimes the right ear
sometimes it’s both
we hear the detail, the ringing
of our heavenly host

there are no illusions
the ultimate divine
masters of ceremony
alert to the new
calling in the guidance
before wanting to do
expanding what holds all
within the without
not seeking, just being
