Inner Space
that inner space
our personal domain
is losing its boundaries
it is a time to rename
to rename our presence
feeling into just who we are
we are including others in our wholeness
and as expanded aspects of the Mar

the Mar – ocean of infinite love
Passengers
booking a flight
planning to drive
vehicles transport us
many ways to arrive
we may choose the way
and destination of course
but it is the journey itself
that we are called to endorse
an opportunity
unknown at first
meet-ups with others
will quench our great thirst
our thirst for sharing
for combining our skills
the time for collaboration
and an empowerment of wills

Sleep Cycles
sleep cycles are natural
allow them to flow
when we try to control them
we restrict where we go
we can go to renewal
we can refresh and restart
we can travel thru time, to different places
cycles to return and depart
