No Nay
no nay never no more
a promise to self as we go to explore
the plentitude of opportunities open once more
as we’ve been invited to walk thru that door
into the New
and to never go back
to the place of past lack
caused by being controlled

Fried Eggs
fried eggs
can’t grow legs
nor peck around
at seeds on the ground
let us see the eggs fertilized
becoming eggs of abundance
as they hatch, let us feed them
that they may grow and become
the metaphors of human potentiality
living, loving, movement into the new
beingness

Hallowed Halls
the hallowed halls
of universal love
the sacred residence of the One
the One who is the sum
of All That Is
and to whom we pray
hallowed be thy name
an ancient term
of a sacred presence
let us not skip over
a phrase we have learnt
let us pause and honour
its meaning
