the unhurried mind
and heart coherence combined
offer the opportunity
to enhance our immunity
to fear
to simply allow
and be an observer as to how
the self-organizing flow
always seems to know
the answer

Thank You Again Great Spirit
thank you Great Spirit
thank you for my life and for the opportunities granted
help me fully awaken my inner child
that she may guide me thru these challenging times
child-like, child’s play
full of wonder, intrigued
curiosity aligned with the evermore
on a journey of discovery
as never before
playful, seeking fun
energized as soon as the day’s begun
repetitive in all that is enjoyed
imagination fully deployed
wonderment at the littlest of things
pure pleasure in what discovery brings
no desire to be brought back to the old
listening from the heart to what she’s told
enlivened as she grows her heart’s expanse
inviting others to join in the dance
play to become all that can be
living and loving, totally free

Pacify the No Beginnings
before the concept takes form
before a thought can congeal
before the alignments are pure
before a sense of what’s real
this place of no beginnings
this place of nothingness
this stillness where it is empty
yet love and potential exist
let us calm this place of preconception
pacify our growing excitement
let us allow the space for alignment
let the pieces mature where they are
when all have come into alignment
when all are drawn together to share
then the power of their excitement
will ignite a creative force laissez-faire
