Quiet
quiet, so quiet
when the power is out
tuned in and feeling
what life’s all about
able to function
thru memory and touch
simplicity exists
when we don’t need very much
bundled up, sleeping
’til the coming of dawn
the adventure of a new day
with simplicity and calm

mesmerized by the calling
to come back within
an opportunity to explore
a new practice to begin
seeking to find
just who we are
by exploring within

there’s a generosity of spirit

one presence
one existence
one part of the whole
