Water in the Well
we asked for water in the well
well now the well has runneth over
we have more than enough in cup or the well
it is time to dispel
the myth of scarcity
and put our energy into gifting and sharing
that all may reside in the comfort
of knowing they are loved

Expatriated
we cannot be expatriated from family or Earth
it does not matter our origin of birth
we are here and in this together
let us come as One to the table

A Toast to the Most
we were invited to tea
to visit an elderly aunt
having been cautioned
she might not know us
oh but she did!
a lively conversation ensued
then she shared a gift of her values
and how life was to be viewed
our conversation included
a description of Ram Dass
and his well known teaching of
“love everyone”
our aunt picked up her tea mug
and led us in a toast
here’s to love everyone!
