starting a new day
and the heat comes into play
shifting our doing to the inner work
and the outer when its cool
still seeking balance
from that infinite pool

you must have heard
the call to come
and were aligned
to be the verb
the action verb
readied to do
with skills to heed
the very need
for change on Earth

In the Corner
if all was curved
there’d be no corners
a continual flow
‘round and ‘round
or into the distance
following a curve
an easy way to go
but what if there is
an abrupt change in direction
there is a slowing of movement
or you have hit the wall
a pause and a choice here
to stop, stay or go back
perhaps to go sideways
and explore a new road
