Heralding a New Dawn
out of the darkness
emerges a new dawn
the promise of newness
the past has now gone
the beginning of an era
of calm justice and peace
cooperation, consideration
we will now live with ease
the light shines from within
we can glow in the dark
a playfulness exists
the angels sing
hark!

Surrender to the Flow
let us dance thru this day
in the spirit of surrender
no longer held back
by having to remember
the rules of the past
this freedom will last
change responding so fast
as we engineer the new
from what we observed, knew and grew
and surrender it to the flow

Is the US us?
is the US us?
in a metaphorical sense
it shows the unrest and conflict
in our chaotic world
steered by a power
that seldom has shown
anything but destruction
when one person takes power
with a controlling intent
and creates a following
balance is bent
we may seek change
seek answers to our frustrations
but to govern together
is the only equation
that can weather
the storms of indifference
that have plagued humanity
which equation can succeed?
1 = me
vs
1+1+1+1….= we
we are in this together
