the waters ebb and flow
the clouds in the skies
are wanting to snow
there is movement observed
orchestrated by all
and the pending transformation

feeling the terror
the fire and the winds
loss of many lives
and the homes they lived in
those risking their own lives
to save what they can
and those who are watching
can hear the plea of the land
the rains will come back
they are at your command
please change how you live
