Blinded by Light
blinded by light
we close our eyes
to focus on the light
that shines from within
deafened by sound
we tune out the inbound
and listen to the silence
new frequencies found
and so with all senses
our awareness has shifted
we have been gifted
to know the beauty
within

cherish the newness
though not yet defined
enjoy the spaciousness
no details confined
open our hearts
to hold all we seek
knowing the journey
is never complete

Untangle the Knots
untangle the knots
that are blocking the flow
open the streaming
that knows where to go
untangle the nots
the negative blocks
not listening to our inner guide
not loving self
not accepting others’ choices
on their soul journeys
not returning to a peaceful heart
untangle the nots
fear naught
be happy
be love
