In Tune
in tune with the cosmos
then with divine intervention
a new chorus line is added
that draws our attention
to our own set of frequencies
the new is then added
the possibility range
has just been padded
and we move on to do
more
the encore

Not Enough
when not enough
is simply a feeling
it is helpful to explore
what the feeling is revealing
where is the gap?
what feels like it’s missing?
be it relationships, work or in our communities
there may be an answer that can give us immunity
to these questions, to regret or lost opportunity
let us be proactive
let us share what we know
our journeys of discovery have allowed us to grow
we are now teachers and can fill in the gaps
to bring to wholeness by sharing the facts
there is no hole in wholeness
we welcome completion

creating form from silhouettes my dear
comes from releasing all apprehensions
that were based in fear
the shape, the outline, the vague representation
is all that’s required to release the augmentation
of our experiential libraries
