Heralding the New
beyond what we’ve known
and the patterns we would clone
there is now a release
a release to cease
separation in our languaging
it is not about clearing
what was in the past
it is about not adhering
to some wording that cannot last
it is about replacing the old
and celebrating the New
and catching ourselves to
replace the word I with we too
we are in this together
collaborating

The Power of Sequencing
one after another
with repetition or change
sometimes a pattern
or a newness that’s strange
often unpredictable
except for the fact
one follows another
in an order we can track

Heart
the heart
the sacred heart
where the soul moves in
and our lives start
a new beginning
in the heart we hold
all that matters
easy to injure
but it never shatters
strong and resilient
the feeler of love
and all emotions
the caring heart
with all its motions
conducting
body, mind, spirit, emotion
and soul journey
