the seed of becoming
is planted within
before we are birthed
the soul arrives in to begin
this internal plantation
is to be honoured and shared
to grow our potential

to shine as a star

we cannot find peace, joy and happiness
when immersed in the din
of our busy minds

when we stopped the mind thinking
