every gift of giving
is a sharing of our love
every act of kindness
perpetuates what we dream of
peace and goodwill
the giving of ourselves
always coats another layer
every layer of a pearl
is built upon another layer
the beauty held within

stored for future access
on some future day
the wholeness of the many
precious learnings and lessons
wanting to share them
as valid expressions
of the world we are building

The Dance of Life
sitting, standing
simply being at ease
rhythms felt by the body
are like a contagious breeze
letting it flow
having fun with our dance
some steps are difficult
sometimes we just prance
barefoot and playful
exploring the stage
sometimes the star
sometimes with the whole cast
responsive, e-motional
dancing our part
