kept warm and protected
until the truth may be born
doubts are released
understanding increased
fermentation is active
whilst old beliefs are released

Separation from Gratitude
living in gratitude
can take us to the past
what if we simply express gratitude in the moment felt
and then let go knowing it will last
we can live in the present
the story of now
no longer sequencing
no longer built on or cast from the past
simplified into beingness
a state of constant restart
attuned to our feelings
living from the heart

this is our work
from when we wake in the morning
don’t let those fears lurk
a meditation
a prayer
to sit simply being
hearing the no sound
seeing the unseeing
emptied to nothingness
structures dissolved
freed to receiving
as we are evolved
