Persephone
rational, irrational
the planes of existence
temporary, exemplary
enshrined to exist
parables, comparables
brought to life with our vision
a vision of beingness
coming into form
Persephone, a parable
the goddess of spring
awakens the new world
her efforts are to bring

freshness, beauty and love
waking us to celebrate, sing
honouring the awareness
of both change and changeling
the mother who loves us
is our dear Mother Earth
nurturing and loving since
each on Earth was birthed
we are made of our Mother
and to her we’ll return
by re-birthing or visiting
so we may once again learn
the beauty of love

the essence of all is the essence of love
creation’s life force
so precious
so beholden
to those who can feel it
the more we choose to live in an awake state
the more curious we become
feeling, understanding we are all part of the sum
of the sum, of the sum
and the living as one

The Building of Things
when we see a circle
it represents a sphere
two dimensionally a sphere looks like a circle filled in
and that is where our playfulness can begin
be it a snowball
a ball of cookie dough
a rounded handful of potter’s clay
we can take and mould it
into be what may
imagination
is a key to creation
becoming part of creation
you become and feel it
and what we see can no longer be
we’ve transported an idea
into a living formation
full of movement and purpose
we can build our dreams
