White Light
white light
all colours combined
white light
of the divine
clarity seen
when we stand in between
the seen and unseen
and become
white light
pure, luminescent and bright
all wave lengths as equal
both as present and sequel
generosity of spirit
so palpable we can hear it
so precious as to be ineffable
when we become inseparable
as white light

Vice Versa
of science, of spirituality
of spirituality and then of science
where our focus is and understanding
influences the life we are commanding
the questioning mind in the western world
from the Greek insurgence, spirit was hurled
to be replaced by the scientific mind
where an answer to everything was defined
science itself has now revealed
we are all connected not concealed
oneness is not singular anymore
together in wholeness we can now explore
explore the realms of the undefined
understand what it means to be aligned
and when spirit emerges from the unseen
spirit will show us where we have been

The Way We Can Be
into the future 
and back to the now
clearly seeing the potential
then figuring out how
how do we get there?
how to conquer our fears?
how do we overcome the need for corrections
some long in arrears?
simply by knowing
into the future we flow
every step of the way
there is only one way to go
knowing the value 
of the work that we do
persistence, commitment 
loving our teamwork too
having confidence of the support
the unseen and the present
well-earned respect from where
there has been time well spent
always, yes always
feel the joy and excitement
for those are the energies
that have power to augment
the ease of the flow
plus true gratitude given
to all who have contributed
to this ride we have ridden
let us be so
