Regenerate
possibilities unfold when we change and unfold
unfold and release and then take on a new lease
a new lease on life
so many beliefs are wrapped/folded with a crease
hidden and buried yet a part we have married
a part of ourselves
behold the great difference when we seek magnificence
and change our direction into introspection
the journey within
we discover the packets still wrapped in their jackets
take on the work of unwrapping all that was stored and was sapping
our energy and our strength
when we unwrap and release and smooth out the crease
we return to the new from which we grew
and regenerate
regenerate is a word and how is it heard
determines the outcome and what we will become
