where we are
outside of space
outside of time
provides an interval
in our journey’s design
to pause and simply be
to observe from the stillness
awaiting the point
for all to align
and we move
into the New

up, down, inside or out
freedom to spin
in any space we are in
any minute, hour or day
come whatever may
let’s play!

Separitis
separitis is in the surround
we can use our intentions to filter
all that’s inbound
to not suffer infection or inflammation
from too much information
an intentional filter by design
is seeking to discern and to align
is it of love?
is it useful and attracted
to complement our life purpose
to live/love in service?
can we observe it without attachment
but with awareness – awareness
to become what we’ve spun
from all we have done
as one?
