Habitual
framed by patterns
and the ease of remembrance
simply doing unconsciously
let us feel into this
old habits have been programmed
and what do they serve?
is this how we want to live?
how has it occurred?
feel into our habits
what do we observe?
we are now overriding old habits
when they no longer make sense
we are shedding the complexity
an awareness with intent
being freed to simplicity
knowing we are meant
to simply live as love

Play with the Impossible
how we respond
to sudden situational challenges
from a place of being totally calm
can surprise us at times
we are never locked out
there is always a way
fun to seek and find an opening
to never give up
to trust and just know
our guidance will show
show us the way
it also helps to pray
pray a little
play a lot – having fun
empowers what’s sought
to appear
somewhat magically

Patterns of the Interlude
becoming true being
true beings of Light
is now in the offing
after this interlude of night
capricious and daring
as students we work
letting go of old shadows
that they may no longer lurk
patterns highlighted
released to the calm
from juxtaposed positioning
we are coming home to belong
