the comforts of our material world
now obscured by the desire
for simplicity and calm
the human emotions
still flow in the evermore
and guide us into balancing
with feet on the floor
grounded in nature
our floor is the Earth
the luxuries are of beauty
of all Creation that has birthed
the richness of simply being
and taking it all in
observers
of the miracles
of what we live in
life, movement
and change
