daily freshness, variety
and maybe even some spice
awakened to creating
freeform, no rules
sourcing from the best
needing few tools
awareness of the essence
what we choose to put on our plates
savouring the colours, the flavours
digesting what we just ate

What Wants To Be Shared
the gateways are open
info streaming within
we are readied to receive
let the new times begin
what wants to be shared
is fragmented at best
ours to discern
and to slowly digest
each piece is a portal
to what wants to be grown
we are the cultivators
our seeds are being sown

Inner Voice
the solution’s so easy
but there might be a hitch
sometimes a change is irreversible
once we have flicked the switch
what are the risks?
what spin off might there be?
what could be the repercussions?
that from here we cannot see?
yet somewhere deep within
we know it to be our choice
and we have learnt to listen
and trust that inner voice
