it is what we’re made of
one person
one presence
igniting much more
humble in knowing
its’s bigger than we are
and remembering too
that magical equation
no one more important
as we live in relation
to love

Programmed Beliefs

Programmed Beliefs
what beliefs have been programmed into our ways?
how can we question how we spend our days?
what is our joy?
what fills our hearts?
what do we look forward to?
are we playing our parts?
this is not about thinking
or analyzing with minds
this is about feeling and sensing
how heart and body aligns
what makes our hearts sing?
when does the body want to dance?
by releasing our programmed cellular memories
our soul journeys are enhanced
