As One
precious advancements
marginalizing the pull
filling in the gap space
until the form is full
working on alignments
readying to bring forth the flow
surrendering to the process
trusting it will know
observing what is leaving
watching what becomes
present in the awareness
we can be nothing except
as One

The Energy of Words
words carry an energy
mixed with intent
we must listen carefully
to understand what is meant
words can carry a definition
multiple at times
and can be enhanced
with rhythm and rhymes
now we are feeling and will say
“no words for this” is heard
the energy of communication
is so much more than a word
