captivated by eros
perhaps not what we call sexual love
but captivated by an intimate attraction
a bonding of beingness
a love that interplays
weaving a bond that always stays
immortal in its presence
a powerful essence

Move into Stillness
movement is natural
and it carries us until
thru practice and awareness
we can go into stillness at will
gently breathing
feeling at peace
simply being
letting thoughts go with ease
practicing upon waking
as a meditative state
later able to return there
a place where all else can wait
we move into stillness
the I Am presence innate
experiencing, feeling
our pure beingness

Sharedness
sharedness starts
when we feel what’s not there
we feel an incompleteness
and from our abundance we share
what we give comes from
a heart-felt admission
we have more than enough
and it does not need permission
to give to help others
