So Much More
he walked into the mirror
startled when he looked up
a flashing response
who was this person?
what was he doing there?
he met himself
forgotten he had closed that door
absorbed in texting on his phone
a beautiful experience
quite unique
how often do we meet our clone?
to observe oneself as someone else
has value in the reflection
mirroring back the physical form
before the inner state responds with rejection
we are so much more than a physical reflection

happy to know you
expressed from within
recognizing the oneness
and where we begin
merged from the after
strengthened from before
waiting, anticipating
the arrival of the more
the arrival that extends
into the infinite-sea (infancy)
the brand new, the curious
the excitement to be
the creation
of the new

Heart of the Earth
from the heart of the Earth
feel her heart beat
vibrational resonance
to all life it will meet
the mother of all
who live here, are alive
it is our mother’s wish
that all may live and thrive
let us honour our mother
may our hearts beat as one
let us remember to acknowledge
we are part of the sum
