to be fast or slow
however we are placed
and observed where we be
is only a perspective
we can change where we be
or change how we see
always there is potential
to be changed
and to move to be free
of comparisons

An Assembly of Masters
gathering together
all within reach
the time of reunion
coming together to teach
to simply be open
to the inflow of what’s shared
the wisdom and passion
for change that they bear
an assemblage of wholeness
of the sacred complete
hark hear the masters
like angels they speak

Let the Mind Rest
let the mind rest
when it starts to complain
know the heart is in charge
and can pull in the reins
a run away mind
confuses the path
too many questions
always doing the math
our hearts are the champions
how we celebrate life
experiencing the movement
of love and of light
