Acceptance is a Virtue
acceptance is a virtue
a high merit to be lived
with the freedom of discovery
new perspectives we have sieved
gems that we have filtered out
new insights we can value
seen from a different place
we accept what for another may be hallowed

A Part Of
we are a part of the Earth that we live upon
we occupy the space of the horizon
wherever we live there are heavens above
and below is our Mother with her nurturing Love
and wherever we live the Stars shine above
including our Sun-Star that knows the timing of
shining daylight when other Stars are all hidden
the whole world is surrounded and our thanks is given
thanks to the Starlight
and the inspiration it ignites
may we too be like Stars
and shine our Light

belated thanks for the recognition of
