to live a life that’s superlative
to share in a generous way
to play in a way that has teamwork
to celebrate and give thanks every day
to be carried effortlessly in the flow
surrendering to where we might go
flexible being, feeling and seeing
the beauty of this life that we know

Companions
who? who? who are our companions?
who do we share our lives with?
who are our dear ones?
who are our teachers?
and of all present
who have we chosen?
who are our companions
from the unseen?
our angels, our ancestors
our guides and entelechies?
they wait to be called upon
we can converse
our companions are so present
enhancing this journey
let us take time to acknowledge
and to them give thanks

Singular Sensations
noticing now
strong singular sensations
ignited by colour, by light
sometimes sound vibrations
the beauty of nature
from the intricate and small
to the widened expanse
that is containing it all
details now noticed
as never before
in awe we are humbled
by creation’s galore
