Separation from Gratitude
living in gratitude
can take us to the past
what if we simply express gratitude in the moment felt
and then let go knowing it will last
we can live in the present
the story of now
no longer sequencing
no longer built on or cast from the past
simplified into beingness
a state of constant restart

Jasmine Secrets
the mysteries of jasmine
have been hidden thru time
its colours, its scent, its diversity
its connection to the divine
adorning the entrances
of sacred temples and more
gifted as bouquets
or spread on the floor
jasmine’s own presence
can be breathed in and stored
inviting our attention
as its beauty is explored
