Breakfast
we may fast all night
12 hours or more
then when we break the fast
we are hungry once more
a time to be rested
to use up the stores
then to refresh the body
thru the cellular doors

the lights are dimmed
the stage is set
taking a pause
so that we may forget
the lines we spoke
were hasty, without feeling
we rest awhile
now what can be the healing?
a return to the heart space
to the light body and feel it
a radiance grows
as we expand and we heal it
the memory’s gone
the curtain is raised
we are ready to return
to light up the stage
