Space Time
moment by moment
a gap in between
stacking the vertebrae
or sequencing the gene
the space creates flexibility
and the ability to bend
be it rules or the curve
that we may transcend
and time is for reflection
to observe from all sides
to be placed within
the changing of the tides

almost there
but time is a factor
we must step out of time
to be the attractor

Inside the Outside
fractions behaving
like wholeness out there
inside our completeness
we’re asked not to compare
once journeyed inside
and finding the beauty within
as observers of the chaos
we step out of the spin
out of control
is that speed and that torque
the inner sanctuary
is protecting the ark
