Love and Freedom

Love and Freedom
to truly be love
and allow that for another
we must let go of our wanting
or expectations as to how we relate
to simply be love
we allow that for others
let them decide how
and if they have their own druthers
the freedom of choice
belongs to each being
the greatest honouring we gift
is to allow them their way of seeing
to be able to do this
is not easy but true
it is the gift of love and of freedom
that we can give to you

Heart of the Pacific
continued emergence
the pulse and the flow
the Hawaiian Islands
continue to grow
and the people who came here
not that long ago
found the spirit of aloha
was there to live and to know
the heart of the Earth
is poured into this land
and the beauty that grows here
is creation’s own plan
