Waiting to Leave
patience, such patience
when waiting to leave
letting go of the physical
and all we believe
the presence of loved ones
eases the pain and the strain
whilst
their support and their honouring
holds opens the doorway
thru which we once came

freed from expectations
free to simply be
the love that we are
free to be at home
out of time
out of space
freed to
a sacred place

the outer world
has a chaotic perfume
the inner has the scent of the bloom
of discovery
the discovery of
simple peace and happiness
the scent of the sense
of pure being the love
the flower of life
