Flexibility
to be aware of how we live
enhances our stability
are we in any way right now
restricted by not having flexibility?
it is oft okay to bend “our rules”
and try something new instead
benefitting by asking for others’ perspectives
gleaned from hearts before their heads
may our dance of life be flexible and fun
may we express our greatest desires
may we sweep and turn, bend and learn
new steps to this dance of life

a return to being together

two stars unite

the new is arriving
we are experientially blessed
our need for integration is essential
there is a lot to process
cambium layers of a tree multiply giving it strength
and new experiences enlarge our perspectives
expanding their width and their length
