if we call it operational division
it feels like a form of separation
operational focus is more meaningful
where part of the whole is focused upon
and brought to the front
seeking balance and functionality
wanting movement and flow
certain aspects may want  attention
for the benefit of the whole

Yellow
yellow of the sunlight
early at the shore
yellow of favourite flowers
buttercups and many more
a primary directional colour
the colour of the eastern door
open to the newness
to work with and to explore
the place of responsiveness
to the freshness of the view
into all possibilities
of becoming what is true
becoming the full potential
of the wholeness that we grew
the blending of our uniqueness
into the we weave
