Corpus Christi
yes it is a city
but more known by the Eucharist
a Christian tradition, consecration
and a celebration of life
here but for a short time
here as a teacher
living by example
known as Christ
why have these words arrived today?
what lessons are we learning?
let not our great teachers be forgotten
for they have shown us the Way

Collapse of a Nation
as this title arrives
so does the question
what is a nation?
when we look it up
it has such a range of uses
whether a peoples, a community
a country, a civilization, a tribe
their structures become unstable
when something is out of integrity
and a collapse of the old
is the opportunity
to build the new
perhaps as one nation
on station Earth

Separation
separation is like a revolving door
you go to the outside
there is an exit
but if you stay in the motion
it can bring you back in
you can only stop moving
if the door stops moving
and you can’t go backwards
cycles and choices
always choices
