the wonder of it all
aligned and in rhythm
the light from within
reflects like a prism
a multitude of colours
expands from our pure light
all is copasetic
when love is our sight

a sitting duck
an obvious target
this one is different
it sits with the owls
the wisdom and presence
of those Duck has chosen
gives credence to its presence
and all that is beholden

it is best to rest
you’re exhausted now
the trouble is
you’ve forgotten how
illness can also
be such a gift
you become the observer
and simply drift
a message received
when concerned about watering the plants
“if you go outside don’t look for what needs to be done
look for and enjoy the beauty”
that is the best way to live, enhanced
not about doing
all about being
a part of the whole
